About Us

We support Black women and girls to access respectful reproductive health care.

HSPS is a women-led, community-based non-profit organisation in British Columbia, founded in 2023. HSPS supports Black women and girls by providing clear, culturally respectful reproductive health information and promoting access to care. The organization works alongside community members and draws on lived experience, research, and professional expertise to improve understanding, access, and visibility in reproductive health.

HSPS delivers its work through three core initiatives;

AYA Support Network

A community-based peer support initiative that creates safe spaces for Black women and girls to connect, share experiences, and access reproductive health information.

AYA Health and Well-Being Program

AYA Health and Well-being Program
An umbrella program that brings together education, community engagement, and advocacy to support reproductive health and wellbeing.
